An evening of song and dance featuring timeless classics from musical theatre and film.
Timeless celebrates the ageless classics of dance and musical theatre. This evening brings together professional artists with community dancers and performers in a showcase of local and international talent. TIMELESS is a song and dance evening to remember, featuring toe-tapping numbers and mesmerising performances.
Para Isidro is a Filipino-Australian director-choreographer who is celebrating fifteen years working and living in Australia. Timeless is part celebration of her work and career and part showcase for Western Australian dancers who are associated with her company, PARADANCE.
As a director-choreographer and movement artist Para was principal dancer for Douglas Nierras’ Powerdance, the premiere jazz and contemporary dance company in the Philippines. Her selected theatre credits include: Miss Saigon, Once On This Island, Chess, and The Fantasticks. Para has taught dance and movement for the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
